Royal Caribbean — Multilingual Campaigns & Digital Strategy

The Challenge

Royal Caribbean reaches guests in many international markets, and each one has its own language, timing and audience. A promotion that works in one market might not make sense in another.

My Role

As part of the local content strategy team, I use the promotional calendar to align campaigns for each market. That means deciding not only what we promote, but why it’s profitable there and how to reach that audience. Then I design the creative that brings it to life: multilingual email campaigns, partnership creative, landing pages, promotions, paid media and pre-cruise digital experiences.

The Impact

I helped strengthen brand consistency, modernize our templates and make workflows more efficient across all international markets. For the 2025 Cyber campaign alone, that meant 32 sale days, 28 creative swaps and 200 countries.
